Ellen Pompeo is hot

Doesn't anyone else agree that Ellen Pompeo, who plays 'Meredith Grey' in Grey's Anatomy, is hot? So she's 37, but those pretty eyes, that smile, that voice... she's certainly my McDreamy. ;)
